Prompt & Dragon is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to create role-playing game kits. From a brief and settings chosen by the user, the Service generates scenarios, character archetypes, situations, and game aids in particular. Purchases are one-time purchases in the form of a first purchase or Credits packs used to launch generations. No subscription with automatic renewal is currently offered.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s structure, interface, brand, visual identity, editorial texts, code, and graphic elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules and remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation of these elements is prohibited.

Users retain the rights they hold in their briefs. The rules governing generated Kits, the granted usage rights, and the limits related to AI-assisted creation are specified in the Terms of Sale.

6. Artificial intelligence and editorial responsibility

Content offered by the Service is generated using artificial-intelligence models. It may contain errors, inconsistencies, or accidental similarities. It is provided as creative support and must be reviewed, adapted, and approved by the user before distribution or use at the table. The user remains responsible for the brief submitted and how they use the result.

The publisher strives to provide accurate information and a working Service, but cannot guarantee the permanent absence of errors or interruptions. Guarantees and liabilities applicable to purchases are detailed in the Terms of Sale, without prejudice to consumers’ mandatory rights.
