Prompt & Dragon
Terms of Sale
Version dated 25 September 2026
These terms of sale (the “ Terms ”) govern purchases made on Prompt & Dragon, an online service that uses artificial intelligence to create ready-to-play role-playing game kits.
1. Seller identity and definitions
The Service is published by GHOST LOGIC, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €2,000, whose registered office is located at 18 La Croix de Vaux, 14310 Épinay-sur-Odon, France, registered with RCS Caen, SIREN 130 040 538 (« Prompt & Dragon », « we ” or the “ Seller »).
- The “ Site ” means the Prompt & Dragon website and its logged-in area.
- The “ Customer ” means the person placing an Order.
- The “ Service ” means the generation, viewing, and use of the role-playing game kits offered on the Site.
- The “ Kit ” means the personalized digital content generated from the Customer’s brief and settings.
- The “ Credits ” are internal usage units that allow generations to be launched on the Site.
- The “ Order ” means any one-time purchase of the first Kit or a Credits pack.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to every Order placed directly on the Site. They are available before payment and may be saved or printed. The applicable version is the one shown to the Customer when the Order is placed.
Before paying, the Customer must be able to review the Order summary, its price, and these Terms. Validating the payment creates an obligation to pay and constitutes acceptance of the Terms under the conditions shown by the interface.
The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract. A minor may place an Order only with the authorization of their legal representative.
3. Description of the Service
Prompt & Dragon turns a brief written by the Customer and game settings — including the number of players, duration, scenario type, and tone — into a Kit containing narrative elements, character archetypes, situations, non-player characters, and tools for running a game.
The essential features, the number of Credits granted or consumed, and the price are shown before each Order or generation. The first purchase and Credits top-ups are one-time purchases: the Service currently includes no subscription or automatic renewal .
4. Account and access security
Continued use of the Service requires an account linked to a valid email address. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the confidentiality of their credentials, and all activity carried out through their account, unless they can show a compromise for which they are not responsible.
The Customer must promptly report any loss of access or unauthorized use to [email protected].
5. Ordering and contract formation
The ordering process includes the following steps in particular:
- selecting the offer or Credits pack;
- presenting the price, quantity of Credits, and main features;
- checking the summary and correcting any information if necessary;
- accepting the contractual documents and, where necessary, choosing whether execution should begin immediately;
- making a secure payment through Stripe;
- server confirmation of the payment and allocation of the corresponding Credits.
A browser redirect alone does not constitute payment confirmation. The Order is completed after technical confirmation signed by the payment provider. In the event of a discrepancy, Stripe’s and the Site’s records prevail until proven otherwise.
6. Prices, payment, and Credits
Prices are displayed in euros. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The amount due is the price shown in the summary when the Order is placed. Prompt & Dragon may change its prices for future Orders without changing an Order that has already been paid for.
Card payments are processed by Stripe . Prompt & Dragon does not receive the full card number or security code. Payment may be refused or interrupted if authorization fails, fraud is suspected, or the provider is unavailable.
Credits:
- are neither currency, a financial instrument, nor stored value;
- are personal, non-transferable, and usable only on the relevant account;
- cannot be converted into money, except where a refund is required by law or decided by Prompt & Dragon;
- are charged according to the price displayed before a generation starts.
When a generation permanently fails for a technical cause recognized by the Service, the Credits charged for that generation are automatically returned. Purchased Credits remain available while the account and Service are accessible, subject to the legal, security, and account-closure rules set out here.
7. Delivery of digital content
After payment is confirmed or Credits are charged, the generation is placed in a processing queue. The displayed or usual timeframe is indicative: the duration may vary with the complexity of the brief, technical load, and availability of artificial-intelligence providers.
The Kit is delivered to the Customer’s personal area. The Customer must maintain an Internet connection and use a recent browser. Any export or printing features offered do not replace a personal backup of elements the Customer wants to keep permanently.
8. Withdrawal right and immediate execution
When acting as a consumer, the Customer generally has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their withdrawal right without giving a reason.
However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium or a service fully performed before that period ends, the withdrawal right may be lost only when the legal conditions are met, in particular after express prior consent to begin performance immediately and express acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost . Where this waiver is required, it must be collected separately before payment; it cannot be inferred from acceptance of the Terms alone.
If these conditions are not met, the Customer retains the rights provided by law. To withdraw, they may send an unambiguous statement to GHOST LOGIC, 18 La Croix de Vaux, 14310 Épinay-sur-Odon, France ; [email protected].

“For the attention of GHOST LOGIC, 18 La Croix de Vaux, 14310 Épinay-sur-Odon, France: I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for [ordered service], ordered on [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if sent on paper.”
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and services under Articles L. 224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may request that the Service be brought into conformity free of charge and within a reasonable time. When bringing it into conformity is impossible, disproportionate, excessively delayed, or when the defect is sufficiently serious, they may request a price reduction or termination of the contract under the legal conditions. No provision here limits these mandatory guarantees.
10. AI-assisted generation
The Customer acknowledges that the Service relies on generative artificial-intelligence models. Despite the technical checks and validations used, a Kit may contain inconsistencies, repetitions, approximations, omissions, or elements unsuitable for the intended context.
Generated content is a creative aid. It does not replace the judgment of the game master. The Customer must review and adapt it before use, especially when it addresses sensitive topics or is intended for minors. Prompt & Dragon does not guarantee absolute originality, exclusivity, or the absence of accidental similarities to existing works.
11. Customer content and prohibited uses
The Customer retains the rights they hold in their brief and guarantees that they are authorized to submit it for the purpose of providing the Service. They agree not to enter sensitive personal data, secrets, confidential information belonging to third parties, or content whose use would be unlawful.
In particular, the Service may not be used to:
- infringe another person’s copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, or secrets;
- produce or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing, or exploitative content involving minors;
- attempt to bypass the Site’s limits, security, billing, or operation;
- resell account access or use the Service through unauthorized automation.
12. Intellectual property
The Site, its brand, interface, editorial texts, code, presentation templates, and graphic elements remain protected and belong to Prompt & Dragon or its licensors. No rights in these elements are transferred to the Customer.
Between Prompt & Dragon and the Customer, Prompt & Dragon does not claim ownership of the Customer’s brief or the Kit produced for them. To the extent that Prompt & Dragon holds transferable rights in generated output, the Customer receives a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, reproduce, and share it for lawful personal or professional purposes. Legal protection for AI-assisted content may vary by country and by the degree of human contribution; no exclusivity or validity of copyright is guaranteed.
13. Availability, maintenance, and changes
Prompt & Dragon takes reasonable measures to keep the Service accessible and secure without guaranteeing permanent availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, incidents, overload, or provider unavailability.
The Service may evolve. Changes affecting an Order already concluded or an acquired right are handled in accordance with the law. Updates needed to maintain conformity of the digital service are provided for the legally applicable period.
14. Liability
Prompt & Dragon is liable for direct losses attributable to it under ordinary legal rules. The limitations in these Terms do not apply in cases of fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, breach of an essential obligation, or where the law prohibits limiting liability.
The Customer remains responsible for their narrative choices, adapting the Kit to their group, and distributing the content they use. For business Customers only, and to the extent permitted by law, Prompt & Dragon’s total liability for an Order is limited to proven direct losses and the amount paid for the relevant Order.
15. Personal data
Data processing related to accounts, Orders, payments, transactional emails, and generation is described in the Privacy Policy , which specifies in particular the recipients, retention periods or criteria, and individuals’ rights.
16. Account suspension and closure
Prompt & Dragon may temporarily suspend an account in the event of a security risk, fraud, payment incident, manifestly abusive use, or serious breach of these Terms. Except in an emergency or where prohibited by law, the Customer is told the reason and may submit observations.
The Customer may ask support to close their account. The consequences for remaining Credits and content are communicated before closure, subject to refunds or retention required by law.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event reasonably beyond its control that meets the legal criteria for force majeure. The prevented party informs the other within a reasonable time. If the impediment becomes permanent, amounts relating to an undelivered service are refunded when due.
18. Complaints
Any complaint must first be sent to GHOST LOGIC, 18 La Croix de Vaux, 14310 Épinay-sur-Odon, France ; [email protected] stating the account address, Order reference, and subject of the request.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer living in another country of the mandatory protections granted by the law of their place of residence. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are determined under the applicable legal rules. No jurisdiction clause will be enforced against a consumer where the law prohibits it.
